FAQ

Questions buyers ask first.

Don’t see yours? Ask it in the quote form. There’s no obligation.

Working with us

Who we help, and how.

Who do you work with?

Factories, maintenance and engineering teams, procurement departments and importers outside the United States who need parts from US suppliers: mainly pharmaceutical equipment parts, as well as industrial, and garment and textile machinery parts.

Where are you based?

In New York, USA. We work with buyers outside the United States, except where US sanctions don’t allow it.

What languages do you work in?

English and Bangla.

Is there a minimum order?

No fixed minimum. We quote single parts as well as full lists. On very small orders, shipping can cost more than the part, and we’ll tell you that before you commit.

Do you keep stock?

No. Every part is sourced to order, so you get current prices and lead times rather than old inventory.

Parts

Genuine, and clearly labelled.

Are the parts genuine?

We buy from the original manufacturer or its authorized distributors wherever possible, and the quote tells you which. If only an equivalent part is available, we say so clearly and wait for your approval.

Do you sell equivalent parts?

Only when the original isn’t available, and only with your written OK. The quote says clearly when a part is an equivalent.

Can you find discontinued parts?

Often, through distributors’ remaining stock or the manufacturer’s official replacement part. We’ll always tell you exactly what we found before you decide.

Quotes, payment and shipping

What it costs and how it gets to you.

How quickly will I get a quote?

We aim to reply within two business days. Hard-to-find or discontinued parts can take longer; we’ll keep you posted.

What does it cost?

Quotes are free. If you order, you pay the supplier’s price, our fee (a commission agreed in writing before you order) and freight, each on its own line. See pricing.

How do I pay?

Payment terms are confirmed in writing on every quote, before anything is ordered (step 3 of how it works). If you need to pay by letter of credit, mention it in your request and we’ll confirm whether it works for that order.

Can you ship to my country?

In most cases, yes: by air or sea through licensed freight forwarders, or by express courier for small parts. We can’t ship to countries or parties restricted by US sanctions, and some items need an export license. We check this before we quote.

Who handles customs?

US export clearance is handled by the licensed freight forwarder. Import clearance, duties and taxes in your country are handled by you or your customs agent. We pass on every document the supplier and forwarder provide.

Have a part number? Send it over.

One line is enough to start. We’ll ask for anything else we need.
