  • Quote requests: the details you enter in our form, such as your name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, delivery location, part details and message, plus the date you agreed to this policy.
  • Emails and messages you send us, including any photos or documents.
  • Technical logs kept by our web host, such as IP addresses and browser type, used to keep the site secure. Our form also uses your IP address briefly to limit spam; it is not stored with your request.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your request, prepare quotes, place and track orders you approve, and arrange shipping. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

  • US suppliers and distributors: part details, and, when you place an order, the company and delivery details they need to fulfil it.
  • Licensed freight forwarders and customs agents: the shipping and consignee details needed to move and clear your goods.
  • Service providers: WordPress.com (Automattic Inc.), which hosts this website, and Zoho Mail, which handles our email. They process information only as needed to run these services.
  • Authorities when the law requires it, for example for export compliance.

Cookies, statistics and fonts

This site does not use advertising cookies. Our website host, WordPress.com, counts visits with Jetpack Stats. It records your IP address, browser type, the page you visited, the page that sent you here, the date and time, your browser language and your country. Automattic keeps these logs for 28 days, and we see only totals, never who you are. WordPress sets cookies only for people who log in to manage the site. Our fonts are served from this website, not from a third-party font service.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to handle your request and any order, and order records for as long as tax and export laws require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time; we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.

Where it is stored

Your information is stored by WordPress.com, our website host, and Zoho Mail, our email provider, and may be processed in the United States and other countries where they operate.
